The silver concentration at 20 ppm (parts per million) means that it contains 20 milligrams of silver per 1 liter of extra pure water.
By definition 1 ppm = 1 milligram of silver deposited in 1 liter of water.

Biofloral colloidal silver is used exclusively for external use, for skin care and oral hygiene in compresses or as a gargle at a rate of 1 to 3 x / day.
